Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, lemon, lime, zesty, fruity hops, citrus - grapefruit, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast - witbier yeast - saison yeast. Siste søndag i overskuelig fremtid, og jeg går planken på Vesterbro Ølbar, nov-18: uklar strågul med ok skum. Spennende aroma og smak med gjær, milde citrusfrukter, urter, høy/stall, hint av røykmalt, pors og muligens lyng. Kompleks med mild bitterhed og høy drikkbarhet.
