Tropical Sour with Lychee and Jasmine
Primary fermented with our most tropical blend of Brettanomyces strains, we refermented this beer with roughly 100g/l of lychee in addition to whole jasmine blossoms added directly into the fermenter, along with a hot jasmine blossom tea blended into the beer after refermentation.
A collaboration with our friends at Black Kite Brewery in Hong Kong, we decided on a blend of ingredients native to their area. The subtle tropical, melon, pear characteristics of the Lychee meld well with our tropical yeast character whilst the jasmine adds a delicate floral flavour which is both sweet and refreshing.

Tap at Fermentoren CPH, 10/05/2024 Tart exotic fruity aroma and taste, with some nice herbal tea accents in play, sweet tart balanced into the finish.

Bottle at Muted Horn: pours hazy yellow with white head. Lychee, flowers and tea. Very interesting profile. Tea and stone fruit are main with lavender on the back.
