16 ounce can from Tavour. Canned on 10/03/23. Batch number 177. Hazy orange gold color. Pillowy white head. Aroma of funky citrus, oak, lemon peel. Flavor is pleasingly sweet, with tangy citrus, earthy malt, and barnyard funk. Mild vinegar, strong lemon, dryish wood, sour apple. Excellent approachability. Simplistic, yet complex. Well done.

Canned 10/3/23, drunk 9/17/24. Clear, blonde-brass-golden. Large, white head, moderate retention. Lemony nose with easygoing lactic culture and mild brett. Good oak character with plentiful drying woodiness. Seems to be amply malty, though no big sugars or any specialty malts, which is nice. Crisp and refreshing acidity. Quite lemony, with ample malt adding bread and honey-like character. Zesty lemon acidity again, with gentle brett, mellow but apparent lactic culture and engaging, drying, but very flavorful oak. Maybe a biiiit too oaky, though it is enjoyable. Good malt depth and balance and it doesn't blow you away with acid, though remains tart and still maintains its sour character. Definitely excited to try more from Barrique.

Can. Pours frosty orange gold. Tart, funk, barrel, apple, green apple, lemon, floral, tangerine, strawberry, minerally, lemon juice. Medium body. Very nice.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 16 July 2024) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of grapefruit, peaches, citrus and oak wood. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, citrus, vinegar, oak wood and unripe tropical fruit. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tart and tasty, with a fresh acidity. Very nice.
