Another in a long line of psychic collaborations with our former buddies at Omnipollo. This Holidazed edition features our big oat-y base hopped as always with handpicked Citra and Mosaic and brewed with nutmeg, brown sugar, rum extract, lactose and vanilla. Notes of cinnamon apple French toast, Italian rum cake and Pear Tarte Tatin.

Murky peach with a large soapy white head that faded quickly. Tanfy and sweet with tropical fruit, orange juice, vanilla and faint spice. Long finish. Moderately full bodied

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 9 | Overall - 7.5

Aroma has notes of nutmeg, peppercorn, orange peel, cinnamon, wood. Taste is fairly sweet backed by moderate to high pithy bitterness. Is what it proclaims: a mix of sweet eggnog and bitter, citrusy IPA. Obviously weird, and it works and it’s very drinkable, but I thought it would be better.

Draught at St. oner's: pours orange mist with white head. Aroma is pastry, egg nog, some citrusy notes. Taste is sweet, booze well covered, egg nog finish.
