Month old pint can A: Quite hazy pale yellow gold with a tall, thick, lasting white head and elaborate lacing. S: Bright fresh citrus aroma featuring grapefruit pith and zest with powdery sweet notes of wafer cookies and faint caramel. T: Lightly bitter but surprisingly tart with just as much tart berries as bitter grapefruit and lemon citrus. Malt aspects identical to the nose. M: Fluffy, creamy mouthfeel with light body and vanishing finish. O: Delicious mosaic showcase. Really shows off both its berry and citrus aspects. And by far the best hazy I've had in a long time.

16oz can. Poured a hazy, deep yellow-orange with a relatively small, foamy white head. Aroma was pleasant citrus, tropical fruit notes. Light guava? Citrus, grapefruit, with some floral to it. Overall pretty enjoyable stuff.

Slightly hazy copper and bronze coloured body with a thickish, three to four centimetre tall justs off-white head that fades quite quickly and leaves a subtle lace on the sides. Aroma of crisp citrus fruits with a lot of tangerines and pervasive sweetness with a light tartness and stronger bitterness from the noticeable citrusey hops (smells more like citra than mosaic). Medium-bodied; Assertive fresh hop notes dominate with a ton of citrusey flavours dominating with a very light and mild malt backbone that shows through and leaves a subtle backbone with more sweetness than typical, but more body for sure than most in the style and with no real alcohol flavours at all. Aftertaste is rich with good malts and hops both, and the balance has been struck nicely with a good bitterness from the hops, but the sweetness remains strong. Overall, a very nice and pungent APA that is light enough to drink more than one of these, but still has enough flavours and complexity to make it worth your while. A nice beer for sure. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Trader Joe's in Bailey's Cross Roads (Falls Church), Virginia on 24-April-2021 for US$3,75 (perhaps rang up as FREE?!?) sampled in my hotel room here in Raleigh, North Carolina on 29-May-2021.
