Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear golden, small head. Intense funky horseblanket aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Funky horseblanket, rhubarb, hay. Mid bitter finish.

F: medium, off-white, average retention.
C: amber, hazy.
A: nice complex, woody, citrus, bit red wine, funky, leather, rhubarb.
T: light sour fruity, woody, citrus, green apples, gooseberries, nice tannins, bit herbal, light lactic, nice smooth over-carbonated mouthfeel, very nice complex beer for the style, from March 13 2017, so now almost 8 years old, for 17€ this is truly amazing, fully enjoyable.

Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense Winter part 2, Rosenørnsvej, 2024. Pours hazy Golden with a White head. Funk, Minerals, Wood and manuer. Dry funky finish.

Ratebeer Odense. Black and sour in November. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with hints of golden raisins and sherry. Dry and tart funky flavour with oxidised and fruity notes. Not too complex but very pleasant.

Copper orange with a medium, firm white head. Fruity and snappy up front, acidic, herbal, citrus, grassy hay, and woody tannins. A sharpness that keeps everything light and striking. Medium bodied. It almost feels short of depth and yet there is a lot going on. Quite nice.

Gylden brun klar med hvitt skum. Lukter svovel, eple og fat. Middels fylde. Sur. Smaker eddik, trevirke og noe eple. Middels lang.

Flaska från SB. Disig bärnstensfärgad vätska med ovanligt livlig skum. Väldigt harmonisk med väldigt mycket funk och en snäll mjuk rund syra. Doft och smak bär på så mycket karaktär att den är svår att beskrivs men alla lambicens typiska karaktärsdrag finns där utom acetisk syra och stram beska. Bara elegans och så otroligt gott och lättdrucket. Wow!
