Imperial Stout brewed with local Wildflower Honey, and conditioned on Toasted Cacao Nibs, and a touch of Ceylon Cinnamon.

Back in May we teamed up with our good friends Spartacus Brewing in Brazil, to brew a massive Imperial Stouts, that we would treat with some adjuncts. The beer was inspired by the Brazilian desert Pão de mel; a Chocolate Cake made with honey & Cinnamon. The end result is a highly decadent Imperial Stout, and the most chocolatey beer we've ever brewed. We layered the base with copoius varieties of chocolate malt, along with local wildflower honey. After fermentation, the beer was laid to rest on stainless for a few months to mellow, and finally conditioned on toasted Cacao nibs, and a touch of Ceylon Cinnamon. The beer is named after the ancient Greek personification of Gluttony; Adephagia, as this is a seriously decadent & rich beer!
