Slight haze, med head. Med body, a touch of brett c, some nz hop, soft malts….not the most composed- this really feels like it needs to choose hop or funk and kind of chose neither.

Junction Road store. Aromas are must, spice, yeast, malt and a bit of brett. Flavors are similar to nose, bittersweet up front with an easy lingering bitter finish. Full bodied and slightly soft carbonation.

Can from The Beer Cave. Hazy deep golden body with a thick off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of rhubarb, lime and lemon sponge. Flavour of rhubarb, salted lemon and sparking water. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. Delicate and zingy.

75cl Bottle sourced @ HJ Hansen, Odense. Gusher. Pours hazy Dark Golden with a frothy White head. Nose has lots of brett and funk. Medicine, herbal and slight peppery. Snappy slight tart flavor with a touch of gazoline and blue berries. Tasty. 2022 bottling.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is juicy NZ hops, peppery, fresh lime. Taste is the same, a bit fizzycandy, but good lime and grass. Oily mouthfeel, rather high carbonation. Pretty damn nice!

Armsby draught 7/26/23. Brassy-gold. Clear. Small, white head sits at cover. Wow the yeast/bacteria outdoes the hops! Smells lovely, rustic, mild, mellow. Hints of mineral and white wine on the end complement rather than dominate. Big sacch character with plaster, black pepper and light apple/strawberry. Clean, delicate, aromatic. Soft, bretty, juicy, lightly lactic, well-aged hops contributing only light mineral and white wine. Lovely, delicate, brett-forward.
