Sweet tangy funk, nice hints of hops and brett on the nose.

375mL bottle, blend #1, drunk 9/22/23. Straw-golden. Well-carbonated, creating a white head of moderate retention. Lovely Brett with a pinch of oak and lactic acidity, base malt-like honey character and other rustic grain notes. Very leathery Brett, not too tart, not citrusy. Clean. Tart, lightly lemony, green walnut skins and soft, gentle but lovely funk. Light white wine almost, with lip-smacking acidity and deep, comforting malts. Tart and juicy notes lingering. Clean and flavorful. Absolutely lovely.

Draft. A- Tangerine, citrus, bright, funk. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Apricot, tangerine, funk, white wine. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, funky finish. O- Lots of lovely citrus and quite bright. Didn't get a ton of brett but well balanced. Perhaps my least favorite SP beer and still solid.

Bottle. Pours golden with small white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, yeast, oak, brett. Slick body, lemon zest, brett, wheat, wood, light dry finish, enjoyed this.
