PSZENICZNE – jasne, naturalnie mętne piwo górnej fermentacji, warzone przy użyciu jasnych słodów: pszenicznego i jęczmiennego. Piwo o bardzo wyrazistym aromacie goździkowym i owoców cytrusowych. W smaku lekko kwaskowate z białą, gęstą długo utrzymującą się pianą. Ekstrakt piwa 12,6° Plato, zawartość alkoholu ok. 5,4% obj.
Piwo pszeniczne pochodzi z południowych Niemiec, jako bardzo orzeźwiające było przeznaczone do konsumpcji latem. Obecnie produkuje się przez cały rok.

Cloudy yellow golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing down the glass. Wheat, mild banana and mild yeast in the aroma. Medium body, tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Wheat, mild yeast, banana and some clove in the flavor. Mild ok and easy drinkable hefe weisse.

Fra fat på bryggeripuben i Gdansk. Et goldt lokale med diskotek i kjelleren. Elendig service - ingen smaksprøver og betjeningen var lite meddelsom. Kun deres fire egne øl, ingen gjesteøl eller andre flaskeøl. Kjøpte bare deres hveteøl, og den var en skuffelse. Petro og jeg var enige om at den luktet og smakte som røkte kjøttpølser. (Backlog).

Very cloudy with a big head. Yellow-tan. The aroma has lots of pedio and feet. Sweet and vanilla on the palate, drying out a bit in the finish. Decent wheat, maybe a bit rustic.
