April fun at Ratebeer Odense. Dark red amber with a lasting off-white head. Light fruity aroma with raspberry and red wine with a touch of toffee. Dry and tart fruity flavour with toffee and tannins.

Bottle. Mills online. Deep lightly hazed ruby red. Thick solid pale beige head. Looks well. Wow. Big barrel character here. The Chardonnay first, coming across buttery and mineraly all at once. Spicy Bordeaux fruit. Overall it’s tart, super juicy and mouth-wateringly fruity. Some new leather funk. Whiff of bright brett. Waffling here tbh. Awesome blend. Mills at the top of their game. --- Beer merged from original tick of Draw Together - Blend Two on 03 Nov 2023 at 15:51 - Score: Appearance - 9 | Aroma - 9.5 | Flavor - 9.5 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 9. Original review text: One I missed so “rating” taken from my UT check in. Mills at the top of their game. The Chardonnay and the Bordeaux barrels have been wrung with this one. Would drink daily.
