Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, rich malty, grain, white bread, bread crest, some spicy hops, mild sweet friuit. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light bitter finish. Draught @ Firtal, Odense. Pours Dark copper with a small head. Sweet bready, crackers, digestive and Marie kiks. A touch of barn. Dry hoppy finish. Wauw. Yes. Delicious.

On tap at Christian Firtal. Braufrisch. Hazy light amber with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with the most amazing bread crust, baguette and biscuit, along with a touch of spicy hops. Dry malty flavour with fruity overtones, spicy hops and a firm bitter finish. A masterpiece that transports me to the best Oberfranken beers rather than an ordinary München Festbier.
