Keg at Peders, Copenhagen, sampled May 2022. Pours almost clear gold, white foam. Aroma: pale malt, grains, light citrus. Taste: crisp, straw, grains, cereal, crackers, grass. Light to medium body with soft carbonation.

On tap at Peders, 14th December 22. Pours an almost clear golden, light haze. Aroma is grassy, hay and fresh. Taste is super fresh, grass, and hay, complex and bitter, beast and some minerals. Great stuff

On tap at Peders, Copenhagen. Has a clear straw colour with a very small off-white head. Aroma of grass, pale malt, weed and some sweet corn. The flavour has more grass and spicy hops. Has a slick and watery mouth feel, light body and a soft bitterness. Decent enough with a nice touch of hops. Easy-drinking.

Can 44 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Flowery hop aroma, some sulphur. Light body malty sweetness, carbonation a little to the low side and could use a little more bittering hops to balance the malt sweetness. But in general very nice. 310822
