Keg pour at Indy Man 2022. Pours almost clear gold with a white cap. Light tartness with white wines vibes, light funky, hay. Light body with spritzy carbonation. Nice.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a frothy, fading white head. Lightly sweet, mild funk, pleasant acidity, a little white grape, hay. Light to medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, mellow tartness, pale wood, nice funk. Quite sound.

75cl Bottle. Shared by SirAlex. Thanks a lot. Pours hazy deep golden yellow with a white head. Mineraly funky, exotic bretty, pineapple and a touch of barnyard. Rather tart and dry funky flavor with a touch of cement and the brett lingering. Nice.
