750 mL bottle. Pours a clear, orange color, with a big, frothy, beige head. The aroma is musty hay barn, lemon cream, butterscotch, coriander, and white sugar. Sweet and citrusy, with a dusty bitterness. Only a little tart. Light, bready, and a bit acidic. Enjoyable, complex, and drinkable.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, moderate yeast, fruity yeast, saison yeast, light barn. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, wheat, fruity malt, saison yeast, fruity yeast, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211023]

Really nice lemon foeder note mix with crisp dry finish and some hints of hops, refreshing, not a brett overdose like similar beers I've had in the past, great blend of flavors.
