30/12/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG. Pours clear dark red with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sour cherry, red wine, woody, musty, yeast, vinegar. Moderate sweetness, super sour. Medium body, oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Very nice.

Panda thanks to Fergus: Poured a translucent maroon with a white head. Aroma is tart cherries, oak, woodsy, vinous, light cinnamon tinge. Taste is tart cherries, cinnamon, woodsy, graham cracker, balanced.

Bottle split at the Autumn Watford tasting, thanks to the Wingmane, 24/09/21. Red with a good sized crimson cap. Nose is is tarte cherry skins, funk, cherry blossom, damp straw, vinous, tangy red berry must. Taste comprises sharp berry fruits, raspberry pips, cherry skins, damp cloth, wood must, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering climax. Solid well balanced sour.

Bottle shared in Watford - cheers to Dave. Pours unclear red-purple with a small, creamy pink head. Lightly sweet with bright, sharp tart cherries, quenching acidity, a little lemon. Medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish, more tart cherries, salty bite. Great stuff overall.

Bottle shared at Watford tasting. Pours hazy red pink with a pink head that fades. Aroma is lots of cherry, funk, oak. Taste is super tart cherry, oak, tart red berry, funk. Lovely sour cherry tart dry finish. Cracking shizzle Gromit.

Flavour is composed of super sharp mixed berries blackberries, acid, fruit culle, cherry,. Prickly sour highish prickly carbonation. Tart and prixkly.

75cl bottle. Split 2 ways with the fab. SirAlexofthefriendsandfamfame. Thanks. A tribute to Lee tasting. Pours hazy deep red with a a bubbly head. Deep and intense jammy nose. Red fruits, mainly cherries dominates. That touch of wood beneath. It's tart, fresh and dry. Complex and delicious sipper. One more please. Great drinkability.
