Mellange IPA is a light, top fermented IPA. It has a fresh, fruity taste and it is easy to drink. Usually we brew American style ALEs so compared to those, Mellange IPA is mild in taste and has a very specific hoppy aroma – thanks to using Australian Ella and Galaxy hops. It is mild but also has a strong aroma of citrus and flowers. Ella hops give it a taste of appricots and peaches, Galaxy hops add maracuja, blackberries and gooseberries. When choosing the name we got inspired by Frank Herbert’s movie Dune – “melange” extends human life and gives mental superpowers.

Canned, 500 ml, courtesy of and shared with Miro B. Cloudy golden, small white head. Hoppy, fruity, some pine, bitterish. Smooth. Medium bodied.

0,5 l can. Pours deep golden with medium, frothy off white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, floral. Taste is medium sweet and low bitter. Finish is medium long, tropical fruit and mellow bitterness.

Can 0.5l. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- tropical fruit, peach, apricot, citrusy, orange, floral. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, fruity, tropical fruit, citrusy, peach, floral, spicy, pine. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Draft. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, straw, spices, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Can from Pivny raj. Bit of a disappointment to Dune fans. The can art and name kind of suggested this might be spicy and sharp IPA but none of it is indeed true. It's an okay IPA, but there's nothing worth the name at all.

Can from the brewery webshop. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of orange and peach with bready malt. Sweetish malty flavour with a bright fruity hops. Medium bitter finish.

Can. Thanks to Thomas A. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Bready malts, slash of caramel and peachy hops. Very clean. Brewpub malty and quite harmonic overall.

Can via Pivny raj. Quite classic IPA, old school kind. Med-high bitterness, moderate body, light caramelly maltiness. Mostly hops-centered, with moderate piney citrusy hops character. Easy drinking, though not exceptionally intense or crisp. Good still.
