Tap at Billie’s on Friday. To be completely honest I’m not sure this is actually as good as I thought it was, or maybe just other IPAs were just lost on me. Anyway, fairly bitter but not over the top, quite fruity, with an underlying zesty citrus character, maybe couldve been more piney, but hey.

Thought I checked this in at the brewery, not the case. Smooth, clean, a little malty finish. Maybe leans more towards an ESB? Either way, very enjoyable. 🦜

Mild hoppiness for a westie but had the crispness to it. First Green Cheek!

Pours a clear, golden yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma and flavor both have a very pronounced citrus-grapefruit aspect to them, along with some hop bitterness. Also, some grass, pine/spruce. Nice, clean mouthfeel and finish.

Can at home, from Cloudwater online, 09/12/20. Clear golden amber with a well presented off white cap. Nose is crisp citric zest, grapefruit, orange, pine, grass, toasted malts. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, pine needle, grass, melon, twist of passionfruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Solid crisp, clean and refreshing IPA ... a slight ode to the past ... not super old skool but let’s say mid skool!

Canned November 18th. Share with Sir Alex of the IAmLennyKravitzfriendsandfam Fame. Pours hazy Golden with a White head. Danky. Pine needles and grapefruit. Smooth mouthfeel. Very dry with a good bitterness. Hops lingering. Very tasty. Been a while since ive had a West coast IPA this good. If ever.
