We’re bakin’ up a new sour ale— literally! We developed this apricot crisp-inspired sour ale with our friends at Firestone Walker, complete with our own housemade granola made with cranberries, almonds, and cinnamon, created at their Barrelworks production facility. We added apricots, apples, and vanilla for a bright and fruit-forward ale. Enjoy alongside your own homemade granola.

Bottle: pours brownish clear red with fizzy head. Aroma is apple, apricot, vinegar and vanilla. Taste is fairly acidic. Vanilla and cinnamon finish. Loads of fruitiness. Fine.

750ml bottle pours a lightly translucent amber with a ring of white head. Nose had a lot of apple out of the gate, some stone fruits and a little peach or apricot juice, some natural wine. Flavor has more of the cinnamon and vanilla, but heavy on the apple and some cranberry now. Tart finish.
