Happy 11th Birthday to us! We brewed this one with German malted barley and wheat, and hopped it with tons of Nelson Sauvin and Chinook. It’s no secret that we’re big fans of lower abv beers, but this is one damn fine DIPA if we do say so ourselves.
It has lovely notes of dank white grape juice, citrusy pine boughs, tropical jelly beans, apple cider donuts, and some wild pineapple escapades.

Draught at source: pours hazy with white head. Aroma is mango or passionfruit or something. Fairly bitter and tingly. Not too sweet.
