Our Midwest IPA blends the old-school West Coast IPA tradition with a New England hop selection and techniques. The malt bill is all barley, which combined with our hopping methods, brings a gentle haze and a golden hue to the glass. The beer strikes a perfect balance, with bitterness fitting snugly into the rounded body of the brew.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Can at Drinkøteka. Slightly hazy golden body, thick white head. Bit minerally, funky oniony slightly fruity low, soft aroma, odd. Sweetish taste, white grape candy and mild onion, lightly sugary, syrupy flavor-wise, without being too sweet, and actually finishing fairly dry. Unusual profile, not sure I'm a huge fan.
