Do série lehkých a pitelných piv Easy Going přidáváme zastudena chmelený sour odrůdami Talus a Citra, který jsme odkvasili blendem kvasnic Philly Sour a Verdant IPA. Sladový základ jsme postavili na plzeňském a pšeničném sladu, který jsme doplnili o ovesné vločky. V chuti je příjemně kyselý, ovocný s tóny citronu, grapefruitu a tropického ovoce.

In our Easy Going series, we’re adding a dry-hopped sour featuring Talus and Citra hops, fermented with a blend of Philly Sour and Verdant IPA yeasts. The malt base is built on Pilsner and wheat malts, with a touch of oats for extra smoothness. The result? A refreshing, hop-forward, slightly tart beer with lemon, grapefruit, and tropical fruit notes that you’ll want to keep sipping.

Can at Drinkøteka. Bit hazy golden body, off-white head, gone soon. Bit sulfury, earthy citric soft aroma, mild coconut. Dry, lightly fruity, citric taste, mildly earthy, vaguely tart. Definitely easy going but promises a bit more than it delivers.

# 4478; 12/2024. Sour, lemon, bread, zesty, light piney aroma. Murky yellow body; white head. Lemon, citrus, lime, floral, light tropical fruits and piney. High drinkability. Very good simple sour ale. 0,5 l, can, craft-beer bar, Prague.
