Sour Ale w/ Raspberry, Blueberry & Blackberry, 12°, 4,5% ABV
Slovenská kooperace. Lesní duch je výsledkem spolupráce s našimi slovenskými bratry z pivovaru Herrenwald. Použili jsme lesní ovoce jako borůvky, ostružiny a velmi zdravou dávku malin, vše jsme pak dochutili špetkou vanilky. Toto pivo má lehké tělo, je příjemně kyselé a je extrémně osvěžující.

Can 0.5l, one year aged. Hazy, red to violet colored. AROMA- mix of forest berries, slight touch of vanilla, light kettle sour character. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry - all of them detectable, not so vanilla. Medium bodied.
Good.

Can at BBT feb 2025. Medium yogurty body, medium carbonation. Medium sweetness, med-light sourness, light tartness. Lots of red berries aroma and flavour, but little else in terms of beer character, not even the yogurty funk. Good, but not great, I lack beeriness, not my style.

Can at BBT Feb/2025. Red color with pinkish head. Aroma of red berries, not more. Taste is fruity, beerish, sweet. Where is my vodka?

Can from somewhere, at home. Lost rating somehow, guess it didn't save. I was certain I'd had it, even recall it well, but the rating wasn't there, and now I've found its label stuck on the bottom of the kitchen table, where Friday Chats beers' labels end up sometimes, hah. Anyway. Darker red body, hazy, pinkish head. Both the aroma and the taste are a pleasant mix of berries (blueberry/raspberry mostly), with some light tartness. Simple, drinkable, tasty.
