With cloudy day, we set out to craft a beer that reflects Luxembourg's shifting skies. Pilsen malt combined with wheat and oat flakes creates a smooth, cloudy body, hopped generously with citra, cascade, centennial and Bru-1. A balance of tropical brightness-capturing both the calm and vibrancy of a cloudy day.

Draught @ Biere a Lille 2025. Pours a hazed gold, pure white head. Aroma of moderate exotic hop, smooth mouthfeel with pleasant fruity tones, Decent haze.

A hazy golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of yellow stone fruits, apricot, mango. Taste of yellow stone fruits, apricot, candies, yeast. Low bitterness.

Blik op vakantie geprobeerd met LiekevdV en JoepvW. Het is een troebel geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van tropische vruchten. De smaak is vol fruitig, harsig, zacht zoet met tonen van ananas.

Tap @ Rock Solid, Luxembourg. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and light hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 090725

Tap at Beergeek Bar for the TTO. Slightly hazy pale golden body. Pine, citric touches, lychee, but dried out somehow, thin, with wormwood undertones. Soft, lean, dry taste, malty, bit wormwoody-piney, some herbal bitterness. More of a pils than the Diddelanger Sour I had before it.

7/IX/24 - sampled @ BBP Wanderlust Beer Festival (Brussels), BB: n/a (2024-884) Thanks to my GBV buddies for sharing today’s beers!

Clear pale blond beer, small creamy white head, pretty adhesive, a little stable. Aroma: a bit malty, grains, hay, a little fruity. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet touch, fruity, lactose, pretty bitter, some citrus, a bit grassy. Aftertaste: sweet, fruity, a bit malty, hoppy, grains, tropical fruits, a hint of banana, ok.
