Pale Ale
Complex aromas of berries, dried raisins and prunes with caramel and toast. The body is warm and full, with a well balanced molasses profile in the background. Amber beer with caramelized malt and spring wheat, citrus and intense aromas with vegetable bitterness. Reminds of the smell of pine needles along the Adriatic coast. Drink it with a slice of orange or with fatty and spicy dishes. Saison beer. Serve at 6 - 8 ºC.
Ingredients: water, barley, barley malt, wheat malt, hops, sugar, yeast.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of Hrabren, shared with him & Marko, thanks! Unclear amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, caramel and old yeast in the nose. Caramel, meaty, yeasty, light vegetables and unpleasant spicy with sweetish dry finish. Nope.

0.33 l bottle huge thanks to Neven, shared with Marko and Ogi. Unclear amber, small off-white head. Aroma is caramely, spicy, some dried fruit, some meaty aromas. Slightly hash and yeasty, some astringency. Quite dry, spicy and meaty. A vegetable touch. Dry harsh phenolic finish.

2x 0.33l bottle, huge thanks Neven for sending this to Hrabren and me! Shared with Ogi too. Hazy dark amber body, off-white head. Sweet fruity estery touches, mild pine notes, caramelly, yeasty in the aroma. Pure old meaty yeastiness in the taste, vaaague herbal notes in one, very empty and slightly herbal, bitterish, bit caramelly and only vaguely yeasty in the other. Technically drinkable, technically quite a fair bit sub par. Ironically, the first beer with less yeast in it (that would get 2.3) had a harsher autolysis-driven yeastiness than the second, which was overflowing in it, but cleaner (2.7). Weird. Hope they get better!

Bottiglia.
