Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Gower Sunrise ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, elderflower notes. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity malt, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170809] 5-3-6-3-11

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 2. A clear pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild citrusy hops, pale malt dry hops. Taste of mild citrusy hops, yellow fruits, low bitterness.

19th July 2017: cask half-pint in a new bar in Shrewsbury: House of Grain. Light golden body, white topping that hung around for a while. Mild citrus notes in both the aroma and taste, just enough malts to help balance the citrusy hops: easy drinking summer ale.
