Dlouho očekávaný Pastry Sour Ale spojuje kyselost a zemitost černého rybízu s exotickou sladkostí marakuji. Přidání laktózy vytváří hedvábně krémovou texturu, která vyvažuje ovocnou kyselost a dodává pivu bohatou a plnou chuť. Do tohoto piva jsme použili dosud nejvyšší množství ovocného pyré, abychom se co nejvíce přiblížili chutím zmrzlinových dezertů.

Tap at Lya! Thx for letting me get a quick one, hah. :D Murky red body, pinkish head. Sweet-tart curranty aroma. Sweetish-tart curranty taste, bit earthy. Literally what it says it is, only with less of a passion fruit presence than expected. A good pastry sour that doesn't overdo things.
