We're thrilled to announce our latest collaboration: Ārpus Brewing Co. x @cloudwaterbrew 🌍✨ Together, we've crafted the Triple Dry Hopped Double 5 – a bold Double India Pale Ale that pushes the limits of flavor!
🌿 Hops Used:
Riwaka (New Zealand) 🇳🇿
Idaho 7 (USA) 🇺🇸
Simcoe (USA) 🇺🇸
This brew is not just about the hops; it tells a story! The name and label photo come from a memorable late-night darts game in a bar in Helsinki, Finland. 🎯 A fierce match between our very own Ģirts (Ārpus) and James (Cloudwater) filled with friendly competition, culminated in the winning throw of a double 5!

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 17/10/24. Hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, pineapple, grass, mandarin, mixed tropicana. Taste comprises sweet malts, orange peel, grapefruit, melon, papaya, light pine resin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness. Okay DIPA if running overly sweet for my liking and requiring a ramp up in bitterness.

Keg and Cloudwater Bermondsey. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, slightly thin in the mouthfeel, quite sweet. The trio of hops deliver a light hop spice and a little skunk. A nice rounded hop fruit array that is a little hard to pull apart, but there is lime and tangerine. Light semi dry finish leaves a modest bitter linger. Solid but would have better for me if the malt base was less sweet.

Tap at Drinkoteka. Murky orange-yellow body, thick off-white head. Earthy, peachy, bit herbal aroma with dank notes. Lean, dry, citric-herbal taste, bit dank, bit earthy-oaty Arpusy. Light alcohol touch. I mean, Cloudwater I guess helped Arpus brew something that was very drinkable and not a sugar bomb, but the unmistakable profile is still there...
