We're thrilled to announce our latest collaboration: Ārpus Brewing Co. x @cloudwaterbrew 🌍✨ Together, we've crafted the Triple Dry Hopped Double 5 – a bold Double India Pale Ale that pushes the limits of flavor!

🌿 Hops Used:
Riwaka (New Zealand) 🇳🇿
Idaho 7 (USA) 🇺🇸
Simcoe (USA) 🇺🇸
This brew is not just about the hops; it tells a story! The name and label photo come from a memorable late-night darts game in a bar in Helsinki, Finland. 🎯 A fierce match between our very own Ģirts (Ārpus) and James (Cloudwater) filled with friendly competition, culminated in the winning throw of a double 5!

On tap at Petersgate Tap, Stockport. Pours a murky dank yellow with minimal almost white head and good lacing. The alcoholic strength is immediately obvious in the aroma – some stone fruit too. In the mouth it is sweet and juicy with alcohol to the fore again plus tangerine, citrus and hints of melon. Finish is dry and boozy. Not really my sort of beer, but it’s pretty good.

(Draught at Dynamo Bar de Soif , Brussels, 19 Oct 2024) Cloudy yellow colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, lemon, grapefruit and pineapple. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, orange, pineapple, passionfruit, pine needles, white bread and a mild citric/piney bitterness. Almost full body, quite sweet. Rich, fruity and juicy. Very nice.

Straight from can. Color: Hazy golden, I presume. White head. Aroma: Papaya, overripe pineapple. Taste: Again papaya and overripe pineapple. Over moderate to medium sweet. Light bitterness. Smooth malty backbone. Alcohol is well hidden. Just over medium body, average carbonation. Ok overall.

440ml can. Opaque pale yellow, white head. Aroma of pineapple, papaya, candied citrus. Taste of sweet malts and juicy tropical fruits, pineapple, papaya, mandarin, melon, subtle earthy note, intense hopping hiding some of the sweetness, some booze coming through at the end. Medium bodied.

Draught @ BEERA bar Aroma is odd with cannabis and some fruitiness. Flavour has sweet fruity tones, fruity malt and fruit nectar. ABV is pretty well hidden. Too sweet, drinkability suffers.
