Stop 2 on the Garage Hop Tour is Australia. This 7% IPA is stacked high with a pair of Australia's darling hops; Enigma and Vic Secret. Two hops that have very distinguihable characteristics when used seaparately and combined here they create something very interesting. Bright upfront notes of white wine, pineapple and rasberry lead into a soft pine and melon undertones. This soft hazy IPA is as complex as it is enjoyable.

Tap at Ambasada. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Lime, malty, yeasty aroma. Sweetish taste, berry lightly herbal bitterish, dry papery finish, the finish is so abrupt, dully bitterish, that it's a bit offputting. Shame, almost a solid one.

Tap at Il Molo, Ferrara, Italy. Pours pale yellow, hazy, juicy, with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely aromatic, tropical. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is quite bitter, almost pungent. Final is average in length, with still a nice pungent aroma.
