Cask at GBBFโ17, day one, 08/08/17. Clear golden blodne with a decent off whtie head that collapses to a swirl. Nose is light vegetables, grains, straw, earthy, not great. Taste improves a touch comprising mellow citric shreds, toasted grains, pale malts, lemon drizzle. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. A real let down from a normally decent brewery.

Carry out from the brewery. A straw coloured pour with a fast fading white head; sweet aroma with some damp straw; sweet biscuity body with a prickly bitterness; and a long dry finish; but a rather muddy combination of hops that doesnโt quite work.
