Cask at GBBF’17, day one, 08/08/17. Hazed golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is on the turn pineapple chunks, lemon drizzle, hedgerow, hop jizz, stale breads. Taste comprises sharp passionfruit, light brett, cactus jizz, damp cloth, lime jus, lemon rind, funk, apple core, hay bale. Medium bodied, light spritz and lots of life on the carbonation front, drying close with a puckering ripple and a mellow hop background, Interesting to have an 'intentional' sour on cask ! Worked well ... another decent offering at the GBBF from Aeronaut.
