Collaboration with our friends from Brewfist, it's a blend of two different beers: a young hoppy beer and our 100% spontaneous fermentation aged 12 months in oak barrels. A farmhouse ale with pleasant hinit of funky notes and dryhopped with Pacific Sunrise hops.

Clear to little cloudy pale blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: herbal, funky, wild, brett, a bit lemony, zesty, floral touch, some almonds, a bit oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, fruity, lemony, good acidity, slightly funky, bitter touch, lemon juice, nice. Aftertaste: more fruity, grapefruit, lemony, zesty, grapefruit peel, bitter, orange peel, kumquat, sourish finish with quite some metallic notes as well, meh, ok but not really great.

Tap. La Tana Brussels. Lightly hazed gold. Decent white foam. Nose has sweaty fust. Some vinous twang. Light fresh hop. Taste is semi sweet with a light tart twang. Easygoing and fresh. Light dry tart finish. Solid.

Draught at Lambiczoon: gold with white head. Aroma is floral, barrel, citrus. Taste is lightly sour, tangy. Mellow fruity notes. Nice.
