Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2019) im 2020-04 getrunken. Dieses Imperial Stout verströmt schon beim Öffnen eine kräftige Schokoladennote. Die feinporige, dunkelbraune Schaumkrone bleibt einige Zeit stehen. Dann am Gaumen schlägt der Ghost Chili zu und bildet ein wunderbar stimmige Kombination zu der kräftige Schokoladennote. Nach 2-3 Schluck gewöhnt man sich aber an den Chili, der besondern im Abgang für ein Wärmendes Mundgefühl und dadurch ein Verstärkung der Schokoladen-Aroma sorgt. Die Bitterkeit der Röstaromen und der Alkoholgehalt sind perfekt ausbalanciert. Ein klasse Chili-Stout.
