Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Oliver Summer Babe ].Unclear medium to light yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, cellery, fruity hops, minerals - yeast, herbs (can read raspberry and rose buds). Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, spicy, herbs, sweet malt, pale malt, wheat, minerals - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. From tap. Pours hazy orange. Small white head. Aroma is fruity. Citric. Mellow and fruity. Dry and fruity. Slight sourish. Smooth fruity finish.

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2017. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy raspberry citrus aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy raspberry flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy raspberry finish.

Cask at GBBF’17, day one, 08/08/17. Rich golden copper with a decent light beige head. Nose is light berry fruits, hibiscus, straw, grains. Taste comprises mixed berries, toasted grains, wheat, straw, biscuit. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. A pretty poor showing offered here.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Clear amber beer, no head. Palate is light, semi dry and has modest fine carbonation. Apple and blackberries. Some tang. Awkward fruity finish. Not quite right for me.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 2. 09/08/2017. A clear deep ruby red copper coloured pour. With a loose white head. Aroma is tangy toffee apple, brown sugars liquorice. Flavour is composed of strawberry, toffee apple, autolysis, toffee apple, little spicy,. Palate is si sweet, moderate carbonation, spicy. Meh.

Cask gravity at GBBF. It pours clear rich copper, oily, tangy, melon, peach, told apple and black tea. The taste is bitter, oily, peach ice tea, tannin, tangy apple, pear, melon, tannin, damp leaves and earthy filth with a drying and tanninic finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Tastes a bit infected. Not great.
