Pale Ale má příjemnou chmelovou hořkost a intenzivní aroma. Po napití zanechává v ústech suché zakončení. Sladovost těla je nižší a vyvažuje ji citrusové aroma chmele.
EPM: 11,5 % hm.
Složení:
Pitná voda, humnový plzeňský slad a Goldswaen Red, chmel Cascade, Citra a Centennial

Bottle from Somewhere in Czechia, May 2025. Pours mildy hazed gold with a huge white head. Aroma: mildly citric, stone fruits, herbal. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter. Light to medium body with foamy carbonation.

November 2, 2024 (ostensibly brewed at Kolkovna). For whatever reason they are pushing it with fliers now which lead some to believe it's a special unfiltered version - and no, it's not, but I spent 3€ for science anyway. Praise my dedication and lack of reason! Still just slightly hazy golden, thick off-white head. Looks decent! Vegetables/DMS hit immediately over some citric, peachy notes, leaning on tropical. The taste has stone fruit, pleasant, but earthy and vegetal/DMS notes strike again. NIcely chuggable I have to say, shame the DMS overloads pushes it into yeah, no territory. Hope they resolve the likely easily resolvable technical issue, as it would be quite nice if it was gone, but who knows, maybe they can't sense it as well or think it's a feature rather than a bug, or nobody complained and it got drunk anyway... June 21, 2024 (brewed at Libertas) Tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy pale golden body, off-white thick head. Huh, nice citric and herbal hoppy notes, vibrant, initially, followed by plenty of earthy and DMS notes sadly later as it warms. Citric, herbal, gum notes in the taste, creamy, light enough, mild bitterness, bit earthy, bit DMS-ish in the finish, with unripe fruit touches, as the only thing bringing the thing down. Was 3.6-ish at first taste... 6/4/6/4/12
