"Berliner Jungs Unser India Pale Ale", Flasche von Edeka, Berlin, 10.9.2026. - Braungold, trüb. - In der Nase robuste IPA-Hopfung mit Pampelmuse, Harz und leiser tropischer Frucht. - Antrunk kernig zitrusfruchtig mit bitterer Pampelmuse, Orangenmarmelade und Nadelwald, eingebettet in geschmeidiges Malz. Tropische Frucht und milde Süße treten gegenüber der satten Bittere zurück. Etwas milder rezent, vollmundig, fein mineralisch. Im Abgang solide zitrusfruchtige Bittere mit kühlenden, Menthol-artigen Zügen. - Robustes IPA ohne feinere Züge, schön bitter aber doch rund. Voll in Ordnung.

On-tap in Protokoll, Berlin on 2nd October 2024. Mostly clear deep golden colour, white (ish) head. Hop forward aroma and initial taste, some malty action mid-sip before the hops kick in again, hops more piney and earthy than citrussy.
