Konečně je tady v dnešní době netradičně tradiční IPA, tak jak ji máme rádi. Tedy jen světlé slady, žádný utahaný karamel, pěkně prokvašená a slušně hořká. A poslední, čeho jsme chtěli dosáhnout, je trochu netradiční chuť a vůně, které jsme dosáhli kombinací klasických voňavých chmelů Simcoe a Comet. Díky tomu je toto pivo ve vůni i v chuti po meruňkách, lehce broskvích a s tóny lesa. Taková tradiční Old School IPA s netradiční chutí a úžasnou pitelností.

Tap at Malt Worm. Maybe not caramelly, but assertively candyish. That is not a bad thing though, at least not entirely - it feels pretty classic. Hops-centered, with citruses on top, big orange, a bit of grapefruit, moderate piney resiny. Good one, even if not great - the candyish quality bothers me.

At the CZ vs. US West Coast blind tasting. Hazy golden-orange body, off-white head. Resin, citric notes in the aroma, orange, light malty, brown sugar notes... and that's the better part. odd malty, lightly herbal, bit coconutty taste, not very WC, not great as such... funnily enough... the brewmaster gave it the lowest score on the table, aware of its flaws. It will be better next time, I'm certain.

Bottle 0.75l. Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- floral and flowery, touch of citrus, wild strawberry, pale plum. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, somewhat harsh strong hoppy presence, pale plum, floral, resiny, butterscotch. Medium to fuller bodied. Pretty average.
