Naší Californii jsme se rozhodli nadělit sestřičku v podobě svrchně kvašené desítky. Tento svěží a pitelný Pale Ale má jemné ovocné a bylinné tóny, které mu dodaly chmely Citra a Simcoe. Velmi světlého těla a vyššího prokvašení jsme dosáhli použitím světlého sladu Heidelberg a plzeňského sladu.

Draught (Automat, Prague) - Golden with a foamy white head. Grapefruit, hop resins and pineapple in the aroma. Grapefruit, orange, grass and some resinous notes in the taste.

Bottle 0.75l. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- fermented, candies, tropical fruit, pale plums, citrusy, diacetyl. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, bitter, fruity, candies, spicy and woody, malt, some diacetyl. Medium bodied. Pretty average.

Tap at Automat. 87 for 0.4l....clear golden body, lasting big.thick head. Bready, citric, herbal, socky aroma, old school. Light soft socky herbal taste, bit white bread crust grainy maltiness, but soft. Nice body, but the hoppiness is extremely subdued and imperfect. Ok.
