0.5 l bottle from local 'Getränke Hoffmann', best before October 2024. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity aroma of banana, clove, apple and light honeydew. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of clove, banana, apple, grains, straw and some cardboard, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Drinkable, but far from great, actually one of the worst Weizen I've ever had.

Bottle at Base Camp. Yay, I get to be the first to rate a random German beer! Hazy golden body, small white head. Perfumey aroma, banana and light spicy phenolics. Lean taste, bubblegum, banana, light vanilla, sweetish. Not as attractive as the aroma, but passable!
