Nováček Ginshine vychází z našeho Sunshine, jedná se tedy o kyseláč s ananasem, broskví a mučenkou. Kromě toho ale obsahuje ještě koriandr a jalovec od Garage22 Prague Distillery 👌🏻 Díky těmto extra ingrediencím má pivo jemné aroma i chuť ginu.
Jak nás tahle kombinace napadla? Díky předloňskému Barrel-Aged Sunshine. Ten byl stařen právě v sudu po ginu a bavilo nás to natolik, že jsme tohle kombo chtěli zkusit i ve várce 🖤

Bottle 0.75l, more than one year aged. Slightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- nice juniper, citrusy, maracuja, some peach, too. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, moderately sour, white grapefruit, maracuja, peach, pleasant juniper line. Medium bodied.
Yes, better than Sunshine.

On tap at Kollarko Bratislava, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Hazy pale yellow coloured, medium sized white head, coriander in the nose. Coriander, light fruity and lemony with touch of spices in the finish. Mild sour finish.

On tap at Kollarko, Bratislava, shared with Ogi and Marko. Hazy greenish golden, minimal head. Intense caraway, lemon zest, mint and acidity. Refreshing, bready body, light sourness. No bitterness, lightly malty. Also spice and citrus flavour. Soft carbonation. Light finish.

Tap at Kollarko. Hazy pale yellow body, white head. Lactic, peppery, juniper aroma, citric. Lovely lemony taste, sour and sweetish, mild juniper presence, bit salty, quite tasty!
