A one-off beer brewed for Manchester Beer Week 2017, this brett-fermented pale ale has a complex grist to retain some body and enhance the gentle funk. Lightly tart with a dry finish that complements the subtle zesty hop character.

Draught @ Small Bar, 31 King Street, Gloucestershire, BS1 4DZ Bristol, England.[ As Marble Brett The Hitman Tart ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, brett, yeast, earthy, apple, vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, apple, earthy, tart, sour, pale malt, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. On tap at the Small Bar Bristol. A clear pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of soft tart yellow fruits pale malt, grapes,some apples. Taste of yeasty yellow fruits, herbs, ripe apples, soft tart fruits, strange.

Keg @ Vocation & Co, Hebden Bridge. Golden coloured sour ale with a small head. Hoppy and fruity with a tangy fruit aftertaste. Has lots of nose.
