Capped 375 from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a huge frothy white head. Aroma is citrus/earthy/funky. Med body. Dry, lightly astringent. Flavor is somewhat funky, with things like lemon zest, pale prunus fruit. Hints of white berries (aka white wine). Nice saison.

Pale tan. Bright, bretty character. Clean pale malt base, lots of brett C and quite fruity.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF WITHOUT priceless Rachel's help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: rustic, oak, bugs. Taste: same, pretty smooth. Overall: nice one.

Pour is a cloudy blonde with a huge white head. Aroma is white wine, barnyard funk, white pepper and white grapes. Flavor is funky and fruity with more white pepper and lemon peel. Finish is a bit tart and bitter. This is an excellent spot on example of a straight forward saison.

Re-rate: Poured from the tap. Hazy yellow with small white head. Nice saison yeast, touch of pepper, very good balance. Good stuff. Aug 06, 2022 (7/3/8/4/16=3.8): poured from the tap @ FHF 2022. Hazed blonde gold with small white head. Saison yeast, buggy, nice.
