Canned 2/20/26, drunk 5/4/26.
Very aromatic, instantly filling the area with rich brown bread and toffee. Light berry-like acidity and mild toast balance. Clean, bright, balanced.
Dried herbs and a deep maltiness showing brown bread, graham cracker and a hint of roast, not so much toast. I like that quite a bit more than the more dry, scratchy toasty versions. This is deeper, rounder, fuller and ridiculously flavorful for its size. Brightly flavored and balanced by herbal notes and mild fruitiness from the darker malts. My first from the traditional P3 series and it certainly won't be my last.

A Brewver Top 50 for the style. 16 ounce can from Tavour. Bright copper colored pour. Large puffy tan head. Aromas of fresh baked bread and toasted malt. Flavor is more of the same. Added notes of toffee and soft, supple hops. Wonderful balance and flavor. Some peppery hop bitterness in the fish.

16oz can from Tavour. Phase Three has been crushing the large lately, and this is no exception. Clear amber pour, off-white head, thin layer stays put throughout. Sweet malty aroma, toffee, brown bread. Taste is malty, sweet, toffee and a touch of leather. Mild bitterness builds and lingers on the palate after swallowing. Creamy and full. Excellent from start to finish
