0,75l bottle at home during Charity Tasting. Deep Red color, small white head. Smells cherries, leathery, earthy, peppery. Nice to very nice smell. Full body, bubbly carbonation. Tastes cherries, cherry pits, flowery, earthy, peppery. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of cherries, earthy and peppery notes. Very nice one, good balance

Bottle at share. Pours out the color of pink grapefruit juice, fine mauve head. Full cherry aroma, sweet, tart notes. Taste is fruity, cherries, tart, very smooth.

750ml bottle pours out red color topped with a sand head. Nose is nice cherries some sweetness notes plenty funky barrel notes. Taste is more of the nice tart funky barrel notes great cherry jam wow.
