Bottle at KCBD18. Citric and flowery aroma. Elderflower and fermenting wine. Cloudy dark golden colour. No head. The flavour is citric and vinous. Tastes like fermenting wine as well. Some alcohol burn, but balanced well by sweetness. 8 3 8 3 16

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 9 Sep 2023) Pale amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, vinous nose with dried fruit, raisins, figs and caramel. Malty taste with notes of caramel, spices, dried fruit, pineapple, prunes, figs and a mild spicy bitterness. Full body, quite sweet. Strong and slightly vinous, but still in good balance. Nice one.
