Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some wheat, citrus, mild passion fruity sour notes. Flavour is tropical fruits, passion fruits, mild tart wood, some citrus, spices and sour berries as well. Very refreshing.

27/12/2022. Bottle at the ITFC Christmas beer share. From Nisse666. Pours clear pale gold with a small short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of lemon, citrus, wheat, yeast, sherbet, herb. Moderate sweetness, light tartness, moderate sour. Moderate body, slightly oily, quite fizzy. Sharp citric finish. Quite ok.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Clear pale golden colour with a thin white head. Tart fruity aroma with lemons, wheat malts and citrus fruits. Taste is sour. Medium bodied. Tart fruity finish with spicy hints. Nice.

Bottle@Lars - Clear yellow pour with a tiny bubbly white head. Fruity and wheaty with notes of lemon, straw, hay, tingling carbonation, slightly tart, light fruity spice into the fruity wheaty finish.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Tart-ish, lactic, citrusy and floral-spicy aroma, notes of lemon, lemon zest, a touch of hibiscus, pink pepper, coriander. Taste is tar-ish, lactic, citrusy, minimally spicy, hints of lemon, lemon zest, a touch of sauerkraut, cautious wheaty basis.

Bottle from Vild Med Vin. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, yeasty, citrus and light tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 310519
