What if you combine seaweed with a summer Weizen? The addition of dried Royal Kombu gives this Weizen, in addition to its characteristic yeast aromas, a little sweetness with a salty touch. The lemon, in turn, ensures that the freshness of the beer remains intact. All this, together with the Sorachi Ace dry hop, ensures that the beer has a fresh full body with a dry aftertaste.

Bottle at home, courtesy of Marko. Golden pour, white head. Phenolic wit, with hints of grass and actual weed (or maybe I’m just projecting), some fruity notes too and a decent bitterness. There’s something in therr, maybe fusels, or I’m not sure, that’s ruining it tho. The finish a bit soapy as well.
