Nearly clear dark amber, lasting beige head. Meaty, smoky aroma, mild hops. Smoly, malty flavour, some fruity hoppy bitterness. A little light but ok tasty with long bitter and mild smoky finish.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Draught, 5.1% at the brewpub. Mild bacon smoke aroma. Almost clear copper colour. Small head. The flavour is malty with a good hop spice and a mild smoked meat note. The flavour is good, but I would have liked it a bit stronger, more flavourful.
