Draught@TCBW2023. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is tart and acidic wooden and some grapes to it. Flavour is kind of funky and mildly leathery with a nice tart and acidic citrusy touch to it with also some grapes and mild earth.

Bottle. Distinct vanilla aroma, smells nicely barreled. Clear yellow colour. Sparkling with no head. The flavour is nicely acidic with notes of white wine and a vanilla aftertaste. Good acid bite in the finish.

Bottle @ Fox and Hounds, Sønderborg, Øllets Dag 2023. Pours clear golden with very small white head. Clear aroma of barrel and sour yeast, with touches of malt. Intensely dry flavour of sour yeast, with notes of barrel and touches of malt and hops. Dry aftertaste with malty touches. Decent.

A small taste on tap @ TCBW 2023. Pours clear pale yellow with a low head. Aroma is tart malts with white wine. Flavor is tart malts, white wine, some apple. Decent.
